Description
2bedroom cozy apartment with swimming pool,gym, snooker and PS4 located on 4th floor in a serviced estate in main Lekki phase 1 off Admiralty with functional lift system. The apartment has two balconies with nice city view. One balcony by the sitting room and the other by the room .The estate is peaceful and quiet Electricity guaranteed for minimum 18hrs out of the 24hrs daily but it could be more where there is PHCN light during the generator off periods stated below . Inverter supported though inverter only powers all the fans in the apartment all rooms have fan and sitting room has fan too . Inverter powers all light ,TV and PS4 but inverter does not power washing machine,heater and electric kettle or electric iron.
Generator off hours 8am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm where there is no PHCN light but if there is PHCN electricity at this specified period then electricity supply will be above 18hrs for the day .
The assurance is that the apartment is lovely and the guest is given a promise of an enjoyable stay . Close proximity to shopping malls,film house,clubs,beaches .
Early check in and late check out are allowed at additional fee of N20,000per hour. However, this is only possible where another guest has not been taken or where the apartment is free the previous day hence this must be agreed and communicated at least 24hours to check in
Normal check in time is 2pm and check out is 12pm . House rules are available at the apartment.
Smoking allowed but caution deposit will be used for replacement if furnitures or beddings are burnt .
An extra guest is allowed and can be overlooked to make 5 guests if the extra guest is a minor
Nigerian valid ID card of guest will be required to give WiFi access.

Booking Condition
To avoid loosing any money paid, you can move your check in date to another date that fits your schedule with the same accommodation booked. Notice must be given minimum 3 days before check in date. If you fail to give notice within this time, an equivalent of one night booking will be removed from your payment.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply: For Bookings that fall during festive periods, (Valentine, Easter, Christmas, ) 50% of booking amount will only be refunded if cancelled regardless of when it was booked.
