Booking Condition
To avoid loosing any money paid, you can move your check in date to another date that fits your schedule with the same accommodation booked. Notice must be given minimum 3 days before check in date. If you fail to give notice within this time, an equivalent of one night booking will be removed from your payment.
Cancellation Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY 1. All bookings are non-refundable. However, in the case of cancellation, the amount paid can be transferred to a future booking within 30 days of the original check-in date, subject to availability. 2. If a guest insists on a refund, a 50% cancellation fee will apply only if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before check-in. No refund will be processed for cancellations within 72 hours of check-in. 3. We strongly advise all Agents to confirm availability, inspect details (where needed), and notify their guests before making payment. 4. Refunds are not applicable where the property has been made available as advertised and the cancellation is based on personal preference or guest change of plans. For Bookings that fall during festive periods, (Valentine, Easter, Christmas, ) 50% of booking amount will only be refunded if cancelled regardless of when it was booked.
